My Background
My mission as an independent consultant is to use my skills gained over 27 years in the U.S. Government and the international affairs arena to prepare the next generation for the future.
As a former senior executive for the U.S. Government and a certified executive coach, I mentor and coach people at all levels to help them reach their goals and live a productive life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and in this world.
My Approach
I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
My Services
MENTOR-COACHING: I offer a range of consulting services, including one-on-one executive level coaching, mentor-coaching sessions, and group coaching. My areas of expertise include U.S. Government career coaching, executive management of personnel and programs, relationship coaching, and personal development.
INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS PROFESSOR: I also offer adjunct international affairs courses, workshops, and guest speaking engagements. I use real world examples from 25 years experience in the U.S. Government sector working a variety of issues.
TUTORING: Currently tutoring young students, including those with special needs (dyslexia, ADHD) to excel in oral and written communication using Orton-Gillingham and multi-sensory techniques.
